Objectives behind our pricing model

    1. To enable us to serve all artists in India in taking their creations to national and international market through this e-commerce portal
    2. To meet the business expenses (includes office infrastructure expenses, manpower expenses, AWS server cost & managed services cost, taxes and other incidental expenses)
    3. To meet the expenses on legal fees, compliance advisory fees, etc.
    4. To create a sufficient fund reserve to provide uninterrupted services to all our stakeholders.

Vendor onboarding and Catalogue Management Services

    1. Vendor onboarding is free of cost: can be done by us or by the vendor themselves
      • Vendor profile creation & maintenance: It should be done by the vendor
    2. Catalogue creation work – to be done by the vendor
      • Uploading items (artwork, sculpture, novelty / collectible item, etc.) – unlimited items can be uploaded
      • Naming the item, creating details of the item, setting the terms of sale / auction, etc.
      • Maintaining the item images and content details
      • Pricing should be exclusive of taxes and inclusive of packaging / delivery / logistics expenses for delivery anywhere in India.
      • Logistics of delivery of the item to the buyer is the sole responsibility of the vendor.
    3. Annual maintenance charges towards:
      • Technical services, and customer care to be provided by us
      • Consulting / advisory services related to content and the commercial aspects of the catalogue (optimal sale / auction prices, etc.)
      • guidance on legal and taxation issues related to sale of the items
      • Annual fees: Rs.12,000 + GST
        • Payable in under 30 days after the invoice is raised
        • Non-refundable for any reason once payment is made
        • All transactions to be done in INR
    4. How to pay us:
      • Through the online link that leads to Razorpay payment gateway
      • Through our ICICI Bank Account
      • No cash payment accepted either in office or in our bank account

    5. FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
      • Who handles the logistics?
        • Vendors are responsible for delivery anywhere in the country
        • Vendors are responsible for handling sale returns (if any)
        • All item prices should include expenses towards delivery within India.
        • Vendors should coordinate with the customers directly for deliveries out of the country.
      • What is the sale commission we charge?
        • We charge 20% of the display price or the final sale price (whichever is higher) as our sales commission.
        • The balance of 80% will be paid back to the vendor once the buyer writes to us that they have received the items ordered by them and are happy with it.
        • In case of sale returns, the vendor has to pay us 5% of the final sale price + Razorpay charges as transaction cost to us. The customer will be refunded 100% of the amount they paid.
