- Listing up to 5 products (paintings & sculptures – only original single copy pieces) for free.
- 36% comission on sales.
- Please note:
- Listing is allowed only for individuals who are Citizens of India, residing anywhere in India & World.
- Listing is not allowed to galleries and to organizations (firms, collectives, companies, etc.)
- We reserve the right to onboard or deboard (for any reason) any vendor.

2. Premium Members: Additional priviledges over Primary Members

3. Featured Members : Provided with a dedicated Relationship Manager

- TBS will act as a single point of contact for all digital marketing needs of the vendor.

- Membership is based on track record of the artist and a subsequent in-person interview by our CEO
- Featured vendors will be profiled on our Blog, and their activities / achievements will be regularly featured in other social media channels (Facebook, Linkedin, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.) on regular basis.
- Product listing for unlimited number of products (images + descriptions).
- We will assist the vendor in listing of products. Digital marketing through Google Search Engine, AI Engines (like ChatGPT, Gemini, Llama, Grok, etc.), Social Media channels (Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter / X, Youtube, and Pinterest).
- Expert consultations on content, pricing strategies, and on catalog development for lead generation and for sales. Legal and tax advisory support related to product sales.
- An exclusive relationship manager will be allocated to the Artist.
- Technical assistance and customer service support.

3. Payment Methods

- Fees are payable in full, 100% advance, and are non-refundable.
- Securely via Razorpay using our online payment portal.
- Bank transfer to Sanver India Private Limited’s ICICI Bank account

- Cash payments are NOT accepted.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. What commission do you charge on sales?

- We charge a 12% to 36% commission on either the display price or the final sale price – whichever is higher.
- Vendors receive a balance of the sale proceeds after confirmation of delivery & customer satisfaction from the buyer; normally after 30 days of reciept of payment by us.
- For returns by the buyer, vendors are charged 5% of the final sale price + Razorpay transaction fees, and the buyer is issued a 100% refund.
- Applicable GST is to be paid by the buyer as well as by the vendor

2. Who handles shipping logistics?

- Vendors are fully responsible for arranging delivery.
- Product prices should exclude taxes but include packaging and domestic shipping.
- For international orders, vendors must inform buyers of shipping charges separately.

3. What is the TBS Shop?

- These items are delivered across India, with some being complimentary for vendors.
