Artist onboarding fees

Our vendor onboarding pricing policy is to ensure that we are able to provide an excellent online presence to the artists (vendors), to meet their online presence needs, digital marketing needs, and to achieve their sales objectives.

The portal uses artificial intelligence for many of its functions and is hosted on the world’s leading cloud – AWS – Amazon Web Services : Managed by Sanver.

Primary Members

Free Registration & Onboarding
  • Annual Fee: FREE for life
  • Listing up to 5 products (paintings & sculptures – only original single copy pieces) for free.
  • 36% commission on sales.

Premium Members

Additional Privileges over Primary Members
  • Annual Fee of ₹12,000 per vendor listing for up to 100 products
  • Annual Fee of ₹24,000 per vendor for unlimited number of products
  • 12% commission on sales

Featured Members

Provided with a dedicated Relationship Manager
  • Annual Fee: ₹1,00,000 or 5% of the value of their listed artworks, whichever is higher.
  • TBS will act as a single point of contact for all digital marketing needs of the vendor.
  • 24% comission on sales

Showcase multiple artists
  • Annual Fee: ₹1,00,000 or 5% of the value of their listed artworks, whichever is higher.
  • Dedicated Relationship Manager overseeing the digital marketing needs of the art gallery
  • 24% commission on sales

Frequently Asked Questions

What commission do you charge on sales?

We charge a 12% to 36% commission on either the display price or the final sale price - whichever is higher

When do vendors recieve the payment?

Vendors receive the sale proceeds (net of commission) after confirmation of delivery & customer satisfaction from the buyer.

How do you handle sale return by buyer?

For returns by the buyer, vendors are charged 5% of the final sale price + RazorPay transaction fees. The buyer is issued a 100% refund.

Do we provide digital marketing services?

A full scale organic digital marketing exercise is done for search engines and for social media accounts. This is done only for Featured Members and for Art Galleries.

What kind of consulting services we provide?

We provide access to in-house legal, commercial and marketing experts to meet the special needs of artists and art galleries.

Who handles shipping logistics?

Vendors are fully responsible for arranging delivery. Product prices include packaging and domestic shipping charges. For international orders, vendors must inform buyers of shipping charges separately.

Who pays the taxes?

Applicable taxes are to be paid by the buyer as well as the vendor. The product prices do not include applicable taxes.

How to pay us?

Pay us securely via RazorPay, or by Bank transfer to Sanver India Private Limited’s Bank account. Cash payments are NOT accepted.
