We focus on hand-painted artworks, wood/metal creations, limited-edition collectibles, and other uniquely crafted items that showcase creativity and originality.

For Artists, Galleries & Vendors

3. Who can register as a vendor?
Individual artists, art galleries, creative studios, and art dealers are welcome to register and list their items.

4. Is there a registration fee?
Registering as a vendor is absolutely free. However, we also offer a paid registration option with added benefits and premium features for sellers who want to maximize their visibility and sales.

5. What are the listing options?
Vendors can choose between:

DIY Listing – You manage your own listings.

Managed Listing Service – We handle listing for you, for a small annual fee.

6. What is the commission structure?
We charge a 5% success fee on the final sale value of each item sold.

7. Will I get a personal storefront?
Yes! Each vendor gets a unique Vendor URL which can be shared as your online store.

8. Are any promotional materials provided?
Yes. We offer customized paper visiting cards with your store details to help promote your presence.

For Buyers

9. Can I pay in both INR and USD?
Yes. We accept payments in both Indian Rupees (INR) and US Dollars (USD).

10. How does payment work?
Your payment is held in a secure escrow account until the item is delivered and you confirm satisfaction.

11. Is there a way to search and filter products?
Absolutely. You can browse by category, keyword, price, artist, material, and more.

Shipping & Returns

12. How is shipping handled?
Shipping is usually handled by the vendors. Specific details, timelines, and charges are shown on each product listing.

13. What if I’m not happy with my purchase?
We hold payments in escrow. If you’re not satisfied, you may raise a dispute within a defined time window for resolution.
