Description

The artist has taken inspiration from the bell metal artifacts called dhokra art of Chhattisgarh.The tribals of bastar in chhattisgarh use the lost wax technique to create artifacts of an alloy metal of brass and bronze. This is an attempt to promote the tribal art by making paintings representing the metal art works. Lots of golden acrylic paint has been used to give it an authentic metal and antique look.The Nandi represents the mighty bull that is always associated with Shiva.
